Two different things that you might find are:

Actual hives already established in your home, tree, structure or other makeshift home Swarms which typically hangs off a tree limb and looks like a basketball sized cluster of bees.

If you find a swarm- they are less likely to attack since they have no home to offend- but still do not Spray or throw anything at them.  Already established hives appear to be very minor nuisances as you’ll only see a very few going in and out, but do not be mislead.  Inside the hive there are between 50-100,000 bees and after it has been there one year- there is anywhere between 40-100 lbs of honey.  The hive can be as large as 1-4 square feet.  Once you locate the hive inside a tree or house, you really should avoid  that area in an effort to not provoke them.  Africanized hives launch full scale attacks of 20+ thousand bees in a matter of moments, when disturbed.  Contact myself of someone in your area for a professional removal.  Simply spraying will not take care of the problem.  Bees build compex multilevel combs and can retreat away from the poison, live off the honey store, and wait out the poisons time of effectiveness.

A little info about pest-control and bees:  Most companies only offer a 30-day guarantee.  Which, when considering bees have their own food supply in the hive and do not have to leave means the pesticide will wear off without killing them.  Soon the bees will emerge again in 6 to 8 weeks needing another application and more charges for the same bees.  I actually remove the hive leaving no reason for return applications leaving you with only one charge, typically the same as a pest control application of poison.   My intentions are to find and save hives.

I offer bee removal from homes and structures including trees and storage buildings.  I handle killer Africanized bees as well as the calmer Italian/European variety.  I use an enviro-friendly non-chemical approach.  My prices are very affordable and a sliding scale is available for those in need.  All of my jobs come with a full one-year guarantee.   I service Austin and Central Texas and I am willing to travel.

For Honest, Fast, Friendly, Effective Service with a buzz!...when it comes to identifying the problem, removing the bees and removing bee hives. Bee Control is what we do. With rising concerns of the Africanized bee (killer bee) more people are now looking to control their bee problems rather than avoiding them. Unlike other pest control companies who only try to kill the bees but don’t fully solve the problem; We find the hive, remove the bees, remove the hive and prevent future infestations of the area. That is true bee control!
